Picked up this buggy of Facebook market place for $100 along with another RC (1/16 brushless truggy without ESC and receiver) and a few extra parts. Wow! This car is so quick. Will post other videos on this beauty. #Rlaarlo #amoril #wltoys #brushless #lcracing #speedruns. So if you notice the body of this car is gray, whereas if you search only for the Rlaarlo rc buggy, you’ll see only purple bodies. This is because the gray one is a limited/special edition. I don’t know why a lot of people wouldn’t choose this colorway and set up, except that the purple one can come with “carbon fiber” chassis and parts, which in many videos I’ve seen aren’t really what you look at for durability, only weight reduction. (Note: the carbon fiber model is still heavier than LC racing buggy, which many of these cars were cloned for). Mine has metal chassis, separate ESC/receiver set up, brushless motor, and different controller than what you see online. I asked the seller @secondhandrc7024 the pedigree of the car and he said the car was stock.
Note: I had to cut the body a little on the tail end because it was catching on the suspension arms as it goes up and down). I want to lower it some, but afraid I might be giving up playing off road there with. Peace.
