No! Of course it didn't go 75 kph (which it does only according to the specifications). WLToys have added a 10-15 kph on almost all the WLToys RC Cars I have tried out. A shame, but I'm starting to get used to it now.

Yes! No matter what the specifications says, this is definitely the fastest WLToys Out-of-the-Box RC Car I have ever tried ... and I have tried many and not heard of any that does this kind of speed bone-stock.

Yes! With this, the Version 2, they did solve the cogging issue the Version 1 had! I'm so happy I skipped that one and went straight to this one.

Yes! It really runs good - in my personal opinion!

Yes! It is quite normal for a small buggy to have difficulties with roll overs and turning in high grass! It requires some control from the driver when turning (more than I have when driving one-handed and filming at the same time). This one actually did alright. Luckily this one have full turn-buckles so you can adjust the camber in matter of seconds, to minimize the effect if you plan to run yours a lot in grass. Or better: Find a dirt field/track!
