Another all-in-the-box ready-to-fly RC aircraft from Eachine. We have seen warbirds and high and low wing scale planes from Eachine previously but this is the first jet I can recall them creating ! As with all other RC aircraft from Eachine the transmitter supports Beginner, Midd and Expert modes. Beginner limits roll and pitch and prevents you rolling inverted. Midd mode is the same but with a higher degree of control. Expert is 'safetys off' and allows full control. You can use the Aerobatic trick button before using the right stick to indication the direction of the trick you would like to perform.

Easy to hand launch with full power but get your right hand back on the transmitter quickly to get control and gain some altitude. I launched in Midd mode and it took me a couple of minutes to get used to the sensitivity. Only very small movements are required to correct the direction of the F-16 and it is challenging to achieve smooth flying. I had one rough arrival and the rubber nose certainly prevented any significant damage. Another gentle launch and I was flying again.

This is a challenging RC jet to fly. I would advise anyone who gets this to fly it in a wide open space and start in Beginner mode before going for Midd mode. We'll fly the F-16 again soon to see if we can achieve some better flight characteristics.
