Trustee Mahoney raised the issue of Director Roalsen's evaluation, which he had previously raised in January but the plans were derailed by the pandemic. He was allowed to raise the issue under New Business despite it not being listed on the agenda. The majority of the board questioned him about his interest in evaluating the director despite the fact that this evaluation is required by her contract.
