WOW !!! HOVERING AND THRUST VECTORING RC JETS ! BEST COMPILATION OF RC EXTREME 3D JET AIRCRAFT
On our wide travels filming all things radio controlled at shows and events in the UK and Europe we often come across some amazing aircraft...and at the top of the list are the rare thrust vectored, turbine powered, jets that can hover and perform amazing 3D extreme aerobatics. You may think that the onboard gyro systems are doing all the work but the reality is the pilot still needs immense skill and experience to ensure the smallest gust of wind does not overcome the aerodynamic ability of the jet to stay on its tail. These RC turbine powered jets normally cost in excess of $20,000 so the pilots also need immense courage to get their aircraft down low on the deck for the entertainment of the watching crowd.
