In this video AJ takes the time to go over the ins and outs of vehicle length and how that affects the way an RC handles. Wheelbase is a topic that seems to fall through the cracks when discussing which cars to consider when looking for a new RC. Most of us see a new RC and think, wow, ain't that cool? But do we consider the way that RC might handle? Will it actually do what we want it to do? Understanding what makes an RC tick is only the first step in choosing a new car or truck. It's not which one you pick, it's understanding how the physics behind the machine in question works. If you understand tires, length, power, and ride height, not to mention shock setup and camber and toe, you might be getting there.
