RC Showcase EP6 Tamiya Super Dragon.
In this episode of RC Showcase we have the Tamiya Super Dragon. This buggy was never actually a kit but rather a body set that could be bought to fit the Hornet, part number 50364. The design for the body was inspired by the 80's Japanese comic series known as Wild RC Boy, or just RC Boy.
This is my version of the buggy and uses a re-release Hornet for the chassis (Item 58336). The Body is from Team Bluegroove and the decals are from MCI Racing. I decided to use green on the wheels to mimic the Super Dragon in the Tamiya Mini 4wd series. Tamiya have just released this buggy as a full kit but the name has been changed to Super Storm Dragon (Item 47438), it also uses a Hornet chassis.
