The Iconic RC Revival is one of the UK's best race meets. 2wd and 4wd cars from as far back as the 1970's, this is an opportunity to dust of those legendary RC cars from the golden era of RC and race them against like minded people.
Carl races his Tamiya Hotshot in the 4WD 1977-85 class. It was not without incident.
This event took place at Broxtowe model car clubs outdoor astro track with a bit of grass on the side.
Over 120 drivers took to the track each day with the 2wd on saturday and the 4wd on sunday.
The weather was kind for us on sunday which made for some great racing, whereas for most tyre selection and car setup was the topic of conversation, the popalong car was stock out the box all the way... with the exception of a team powers motor to replace the stock silver can.
