Those are two electric powered MHZ Lizard offshore racing boats. From the design they are pritty close to the P1 evolution class racers. Depending on the technical equippent (and the budget you might have) speeds up to 100 km/h (60 MPH) are possible. The regarding video pictures have been taken at Lake Hallwil in Switzerland.
