I am new to nitro rc cars. So I just drop some tips here that may can be usefull for other rc nitro beginners.
This is more general tips, but some parts are taken from the HoBao Hyper VS2 user manual.

00:00 - Flywheel mark for piston at bottom
01:26 - Idle gap screw, 1.0mm and 0.5mm
03:08 - High speed needle, 2 turns out from bottom
05:15 - Low speed needle, flush

08:35 - Fuel not going into carb/engine, maybe I was just wrong

Mid speed needle should be flush says HoBao and don't try too tune it they also says. So just let it be in flush position.
