How to Clean your RC Car Fast & Easy? This might help. Here is a quick unboxing and first test of my new little handy, compact and affordable Air Compressor and Air Compressor Kit from Stanley.

Granted, it can't really take care of all the heavy mud and dirt, stuck to the plastic and car, but it is perfect for all the loose sand, dirt and grass that have piled up inside your RC Car and components after a run. Something I usually spend a lot of time taking care of with a brush before taking it inside. On a dry day, with an air compressor (or a can of compressed air), one minute is really all you need now. On a wet day, you probably still need a lot more time and some water, soap and a brush. But even then, the air compressor can come in handy, drying and blowing away water from the delicate metal. All one needs to be careful of though, is not to blow any water and dirt inside the gear boxes etc. while cleaning.

Since I am not a huge fan of cleaning my Rc cars for hours (after a little run), I've always wanted an Air Compressor, but living in an apartment in the City, made it a little impossible. Now that we have moved to a house in the country side, I am finally able to try one out.

This particular Stanley Air Compressor is an 'oil-less' air compressor, and should be quite maintenance free ... and of course it can be a used for a variety of other things than cleaning your RC car. At least that is what I told the Mrs.
