Believe it or not, I find scale helicopters some of the coolest RC models. Out at bomberfield, there were 3 extremely nice and very detailed scale helis. This AH-1 Cobra was a Starwood Scale Models kit built and flown by Eric Babineaux and was wonderfully detailed. It uses Vario Benzin mechanics converted to electric running two 5000 packs on 12S with 7 minute flight time. Main rotor speed 1250 rpm, Left hand rotation with 1810 mm Vario blades. Total weight is 25 pound RTF. #AH1Cobra #FlyDay #ScaleModel
