MID-AIR COLLISION and RECOVERY ! FAST radio controlled (RC) EDF JETS close formation flying
Always great to see a mass EDF jet slot at local model flying clubs...but when you get a few RCs in the air it's no surprise there maybe some accidental contact. There was mid-air collision that resulted in a crash for both jets but for the 2nd collision these other jets managed to evade disaster and fly away safely. It looked as though the vertical stabiliser of the T-33 jet overtaking caught the underside of the other Panther jet pitching it up, around and in front. The T-33 pilot corrected with opposite aileron and it flew away quickly after the contact.
