The Mercedes ambulance produced by Lesney in 1968 was incomplete. He did not have a patient on a stretcher. I couldn't get the original to make a copy, so I borrowed a Stretch Fetch patient and based on it I made a new stretcher and made a resin cast. The box of this model inspired me to change Mercedes wheels to the exclusive version with chrome rims. Such were on the box, while Lesney never produced this model with such equipment.
