The Kyosho Fazer kit is a viable option for those looking to get in the touring car realm of rc racing. The kit items are made with good materials but the kit really shines when you add the upgrades and hop-ups. I have added aluminum and carbon fiber everything to this kit because I wanted to see if a shaft driven 1/10 touring spec car could be competitive with the usual belt driven systems of high end racers.
