Harold's "DEMENTED BEE" !
This is why I love these Club fly-in events. You never know what is going to turn up. At Hastings Spring Fly-In event Paul walked up to the flight line with a Cox 049 powered RC plane designed by Harold. Most will know Cox motors are normally used for free flight models that have no control over throttle from the transmitter held by the pilot...and that was the same in this case. Once the engine was started it ran until the fuel was used up. Have to say it was quite challenging keeping it in frame while filming. It certainly had unique flying characteristics and they all seemed happy with the result after it landed safely in the long grass !
