This is a special video in that I’m dedicating it to Floyd Harrison II who was a great friend and part of our small group of remote control modelers. I had the privilege of re-igniting his passion into getting back into the hobby as well as the honor of performing maiden flights on many of his models. Floyd then transferred his love for the hobby by introducing his grandson (Abram) to the hobby and on many occasions both grandfather and grandson showed up at the airfield with their separate airplanes.
Floyd owned a bounty of beautiful models (some which were too big for our small field) and upon the passing of his grandfather Abram was the recipient of his inventory. In appreciation for helping both he and his grandfather, Abram offered me this brand new Freewing Pandora. So, every time that I fly this model I will do it in memory of Floyd and to commemorate his influence in passing on the hobby to his grandson.
