Here is my son flying his Blitz RC Sky Surfer he got for his birthday. After crashing we decided to unplug the ailerons in the wings and set up for rudder elevator only. This made a huge difference on how the plane few and handled. My son said it was so much easier to fly and gained confidence to launch and land by himself immediately after we swapped to rudder for steering. We would recommend doing this for first time fliers to speed up the learning of flying this plane. Once confidence is gained the ailerons can be plugged back in and it will become more aerobatic. This plane is a very good plane to learn on and is durable as well. Transitioning into more advanced type flying is an ease and should help with more advanced planes. Hope you guys enjoy Gig540
