FLAMEOUT ! EMERGENCY RC JET FORCED LANDING
Every RC turbine jet pilot learns this skill very quickly. Sometimes, despite all precautions, air can get into the fuel system and cause the turbine engine to stop running during the flight. Without power the pilot has to be able to glide the jet back to a safe landing without stalling and crashing their model. Mick has more experience of flying jets than most RC pilots and knows how to get his jet back on the ground when this happens. Watch the master in action at Southern Model Show when the worst happens and he has to perform a quick landing in front of a big crowd.
