Thanks for tuning in everyone! In our second episode of the Micro RC drift track build, we surface our plywood with a particle board to give us the smoothest surface possible prior to applying the Epoxy layers. Before that final step to ensure a no seam table, we bondo filled and sanded back the seams the particle board joined at. Moving forward , that gave us a great 5 1/2 x 12 ft surface ready for the first layer of Epoxy. These lanes will be to scale at 12 inches which equals 2 standard 1:1 driving lanes. Ep.3 will kick off with laying out vinyl tape to lock down the track layout and begin adding barriers to start testing the track!
