The Eachine E150 is a true to size, direct drive power house of a little RC heli. It has few misses with many hits. Is it worth your time & money - let's find out.

As I predicted over two years ago now when OMP released their first version of the M2, direct drive would catch on, and catch on it most certainly has in the high-end/performance small and micro heli size segment.

There are just so many advantages with this main rotor drive method after all with impressive flight times, low noise, efficient running and the ELIMINATION of stripped, cracked and cammed out main gears topping my personal list of most appreciated benefits.

The E150 is Eachine's second direct drive heli in their lineup building on the success of their E180 which has been a wonderful little heli. The Eachine E150 is the same price as the OMP M1 and similar in size, but that is where the similarities end.

The OMP M1 and Eachine E150 are two different helicopters which will appeal to different flyers. The E150 is both bigger and heavier. It's also running a 3S power system instead of 2S. This can be a pro or con depending on the individual and flying environment.
