Dowellin DWI D7 did cleaning it help?

Dowellin DWI D7 tear down. This one has a problem, the batteries only last for seconds and it seems to be getting hot. One suggestion was to check nothing was fouling the prop shafts. Another suggestion was to check the level of charge of the battery.
