Dji mini 2 won't turn off

This clip shows an issue that occourred to my Dji mini 2 drone. As you can see, i can turn it on normally but... It starts to fail the connection to the RC immediately and it does the same thing when i'm trying to connect it via usb with the computer. In addition to that, i can't turn it off, his yellow light situated in the back keeps flashing while the 4th white lights at the bottom, change from 4th lights steady to only one endless flashing.
So now... HOW I CAN FIX THIS ISSUE THAT DOESN'T LET ME TO FLY THE DRONE that i bought six months ago?! Dji or someone else, help me please!
