The RC Airbus A 350 on a scale of 1/19 is a particularly successful example of real craftsmanship and best model building skills. The RC Airliner A 350 in the 900 XWB version is a detailed replica model aircraft that is closely based on the original. The model is made of carbon fiber, fiberglass and a plywood construction in the wings. The RC Plane is driven by 2 Schübeler DS 86 AXI HDS 120 mm impellers.
The RC Airliner has excellent flight characteristics and a great engine sound.
After takeoff, the machine flies a few laps over the airfield without any problems and landing is also not a problem at first. But then it happens. When coasting down the runway, the aircraft slams into 2 pylons. The cones marked a concreted area at the end of the taxiway that was not covered with turf. They should indicate to the pilots that this is not a good place to roll out. The RC Airliner hits both cones with the right wing, rotates around its own axis due to the force of the impact and then comes to a standstill. Fortunately, the damage isn't too great. Only one landing flap broke. That can easily be repaired.
