I am a big proponent of folks NOT cheaping out on their rc drift electronics. Especially when it comes to the drift gyro!

In this video, I put the Futaba GYD450 to the test. I have a MST RMX2.0s that I am working on. It has a budget oriented servo (https://amzn.to/3jsSv44) that did not work very well with the Onsiki gyro.

The steering had gyro wobble at any gain over 60%, and struggled to hold a precise line.

The Futaba GYD450 (https://amzn.to/3Ep9rAT) was able to really transform this car into a much better driving vehicle! Even with the budget-oriented servo! Imagine how much better it would be with an improved servo!

For this install, the car was setup with a Spektrum DX5 Rugged controller. I show you also how to get it setup using that controller.
