So, is this first 1/10th scale buggy from WLToys really all hype and no fun? Let's try it out! Finally I got a chance to unbox one and kick up some dirt with my own WLToys 104001 1/10 4WD Buggy RC Car!

Yes, this first run featured no jumps and speed tests (yet!) but I had a great afternoon in our summer house and I certainly had fun - and the WLToys 104001 certainly handled fine and accelerated fine.

Others have complained about the carpet/clay tires, the top speed, the run time and the durability in skate parks. Well, I love the looks, the shocks, the gearing and what a whole lot of fun this package actually offered all in all. And yes, not a long run time, but with multiple batteries it's really no problem. And I have no problem with not bashing it around trying to break it. Still looking forward speed testing it, jumping it a little and comparing it with the previous all-metal chassis models from WLToys.
