Spot lights are critical element that adds scale and off-road look & feel to any 80's vintage buggy. However, tamiya's original lamps are actually a fake, not able to add LED, which is natural considering the age it was born^^

There are option LED lights for hornet or grasshopper sold in market, but I personally feel they are not very scale looking, mainly because LED and LED cables are exposed back in the lamp body.

So, I designed my own LED spot light for hornet and grasshopper. It is exactly same as the original fake lamp. LED and cables are completed hidden inside the lamp body so those cables do not distract the 80's look & feel.
