RC clubs are a great way to spend time with other people in the hobby, and to hone your skills as a driver in the face of spirited competition.
But RC is supposed to be fun, it doesn’t have to be competitive.
There’s also Friday Fun Nights, where the Geelong on road club has had pan cars, formula one, even Nascar-style oval racing. Last Friday Fun Night though? Well, that was Ramp-Round.
