Hi - I had a few random bits and pieces of RC gear left over from a few old RC cars. A 27 turn brushed stock motor and an old esc. I also had the guts of a 1/18th scale 4wd monster truck (A losi mini LST).

I laser cut a set of plywood frame rails and grabbed a truck body from thingiverse. Hacked it all together with some 3d printed wheels and solid tyres and here we are. I can run it in RWD or 4WD by removing the front drive shafts. Hard to control in RWD only mode but a lot of fun in 4WD. The 3d printed wheels and tyres have held up well - not the best balanced but still work well.
