This is part three in the series on my MST 1/10 scale RC project. So the Selley's 3 in 1 glue worked according to plan, & the magnets seemed to be secured into the shell without ruining part of the finish in my paint. I guess most people into this hobby don't glue their stealth magnets in with a hulking big mud gun, but I can say it works, & the Selley's 3 in 1 makes a good filler as well as a glue that doesn't ruin ya paint, but time will tell how good it really is, because these magnets are very strong.

As for the MST Stealth magnetic mounting system, just keep in mind that it doesn't seem to be very effective for sports cars with a low center of gravity. I had to use a different set of stealth magnets for the front to get it lower, otherwise it was going to look right at the front.

As everyone can see, I've removed the layer of film on the body & it now has a gorgeous shine to it (And doesn't she look good? I think this beast looks glorious). I've also put a lot of stickers on it. My viewers might've noticed the black spray cans in the video sitting on the table. The black spray paint I used was just the standard Tamiya PS-5 black for polycarbonate. You can purchase that paint from pretty much any model store. I used one whole can & what was left in one of the other cans I had. The metallic silver was just the 'wattyl' brand that you can purchase at Mitre 10.

I haven't yet finished the entire cosmetic side to this black corvette. I want to get a C6 ZR1 style sticker for the hood (I think it'll be a custom vinyl sticker that I'll suss out to complete the look). I also want to get a small laser kiwi sticker for the rear spoiler just for shits & giggles. At some stage I want to install LED lights for both the front & rear of this beast, so stay tuned for that update if this sorta stuff interests ya, though that might be in part 6 of this series (ATM the light buckets are just taped in temporarily until I'm ready to do the LEDs & glue them in permanently).

Part 4 will be a quick test run of the red corvette shell & a check on whether I need to file out the wheel arches more so it can turn corners without the tires rubbing on the wheel arches.

Part 5 will be a test run in a carpark, & I'll possibly try out both corvette shells. It might also include a comparison with the Nitro car & the Mad-Max Interceptor (Maverick Strada chassis) & a bit of a race.

In future videos I plan to showcase that black corvette shell on this MST chassis some more. As I previously mentioned, I plan to install LED lights in it for both the front & back, so I'm holding out on installing the light buckets for the front, thus I'll have a future video on installing LEDs (Possibly Part 6 in this MST series). I also wanna have a 3D headset system rigged up to this chassis & a speedo so I can clock it's speed & also provide the perspective from the cockpit, but I'll have to learn more about video editing, etc, to achieve such an epic review.

The Red C6 Corvette shell appears to be sold out, but you can tend to get it from places like eBay, or Aliexpress...

This appears to be my other C6 corvette shell, but it seems slightly different:
