Toyota Gazoo Racing have already won world championship events on the track and the rally stage, now they are entering the world of e-Motorsports, launching the new GR Supra GT Cup for PlayStation®1 4.

As well as debuting Gran Turismo Sport’s first global one-make series on 14 April, Toyota Gazoo Racing will also become an official partner of the FIA2-certified Gran Turismo Championships, an online driving simulator competition series.

By making e-motorsports one of the pillars of their activities, Toyota Gazoo Racing are working to make competition and sports cars more accessible and enjoyable for people all around the world. They also plan to use experience and feedback from the initiative to support their mission to build ever-better cars in the future.

The GR Supra GT Cup will run from April to August 2019. Preliminary online rounds will be held worldwide leading to a finals event at the Tokyo Motor Show in October. Participants must be aged six years or older and own Gran Turismo Sport for PS4® and the necessary PS4® software.
