Today I'm having a look at the recently released Thunder Tiger Bushmaster 8E. I have had a few Team Associated vehicles, so I sort of know what to expect, but this is my first TT product, and also my first 8th scale buggy.

4WD, RTR, comes with a few basic tools and all you need is a battery to get going. Considering the friendly price tag, this is a very complete vehicle. The materials used all seem to be of good and durable quality, and the chassis layout is simple yet effective. Some impressive features are the full aluminium bodied threaded shocks, thick tierods and rodends, a pre installed swaybar front and back and electronics that wouldn't look out of place in a more expensive platform. The installation of a 100A ESC combined with the 2000KV Ripper motor is very nice for a ready to run, I just wish they had finished the wiring without the kinks.

All in all, a nice offering for those who like to bash and perhaps consider trying their luck on the local track in their weekend. For more information check the following link:
