SCALE FLYING AT IT'S BEST !!! RC de Havilland DH-100 Vampire TURBINE JET
Javad enjoying the Derjet DH-100 Vampire at the NLMFC Scale Day. This model is one of the early protoype kits, built and flown by Dave Wilshere (Motors & Rotors), JetCat P-120SX powered, JR DSX-12 radio, Powerbox Evolution. Because its 'amply' powered, flight times are 10-12minutes, most of the flight is 1/3rd throttle! Fitted with 90 degree airbrakes and four big flaps it can fly very slowly. No drama on the landing despite the cross wind. Top skills that man.
