A few hours ago (21/6/2021) Tamiya released a short teaser trailer of an upcoming RC buggy that we should be able to get our hands on later this year. This looks like a totally new release from them harking back to what Tamiya does best. A character buggy that is designed for looks as well as drivability. This is something I have hoped we would see again from Tamiya. From the early shots, it reminds me of an updated looking Madcap.

It looks like this buggy has laydown front shocks and an Avante like full canopy and driver. With side slit windows and rear air ducts fitted to the body, it's going to be a looker for sure!
