The Markham Park radio controlled airfield offers over 50 acres of space to fly your radio controlled planes and helis, as well as a great covered facility to work on your planes. Restrooms and a soda machine are also on site. Take off from the 755 foot paved runway!

The airfield features a 755 foot paved runway, as well as a windsock. The Markham Park Pilot’s Association is the most prominent active group at this facility. Check out their web site for info on joining their group.
You will need an AMA card and an annual membership for this airfield, but it’s worth it! At the time of publication, the membership was a $25 annual fee. As always, we recommend you call for the most up to date information.
The 666-acre Markham Park is also home to the Fox Observatory, a radio controlled airplane field, a dog park called Barkham Park, biking and jogging trails, fishing and boating areas, a tennis and racquetball center, volleyball, a swimming pool complex with a mist pool, snack bar, lockers and showers/restrooms. Wi-Fi is also available at the campground in Sections A-H. For more details, call 954-389-2000.
