Maiden flight of the Freewing Yak-130 EDF jet. Examples of vertical power and climb, high and low speed passes and a few rolls. Nothing too fancy as it was the maiden flight and I wanted to take it home in one piece. I kept it on low rates the entire flight. I will be upgrading this plane with a better power plant soon. I will be installing a Freewing 70mm 12 Blade Metal EDF with a 3065 - 2100kv inrunner motor that I will run with a 3300mah 6S lipo. This new setup should produce 2.5kg of thrust. I will post new videos once I complete the upgrade.
