I have to say, I'm not a big fan of hand launch EDF planes - they can be trick to launch and need momentum to get airborne unless they're packing a heap of power. But aside from that, knowing when to fly them is also important. This video taught me a valuable lesson; EDF planes (especially those that need to be hand launched) don't do well in windy conditions. ;)
The important thing is that this is all part of the fun and as you'll see, I laughed it off and carried on with my day. I did fix the plane and sold it shortly after this video.
