Here's some footage of our original scratch built Canberra for 40mm EDF. It has flown for many years and hundreds of flights on GWS fans and Feigao motors. These gave 6oz. / 270 g of thrust each at very low current draw and even at this modest power was a great performer with its clean aerodynamics. We haven't kitted it yet as these small fans and motors became hard to source but we have just remotored with Dr Mad Thrust 40mm units. First impressions are really good, it takes off from the ground easily and is flying at about 30-40% throttle most of the time which also keeps the current down.. so we might look to kit it now to expand our Canberra range with this compact beauty!
